Celebrity chef John Torode tours around Middle East and bring to us the magnificant flavours in the region. In the first leg of his trip he visits Cairo, in which street foods rule the local culinary scene. He explores the secrets behind making tasty local breads and legendary falafals. He also has a chance to taste stuffed pigeon in somebody"s home, as well as to cook a meal in front of the pyramids.
